In this varied role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers across the organisation, managing the full recruitment lifecycle while supporting wider HR coordination. You’ll help shape an inclusive, efficient, and values‑led approach to attracting and welcoming great talent.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, from vacancy briefing through to onboarding
Build strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers, offering guidance and market insight
Create engaging job adverts and tailored attraction strategies
Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, CV databases, and talent pools
Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate the full selection process
Maintain accurate recruitment and HR data across ATS and HR systems
Support employer brand activity and recruitment campaigns
Champion inclusive hiring practices and continuous improvement
Provide wider HR coordination support across the employee lifecycle

About You
Experience in internal recruitment, talent acquisition, or agency recruitment, ideally with HR coordination exposure
Confident managing multiple vacancies and priorities at pace
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Skilled in proactive sourcing and building talent pipelines
Passionate about delivering an inclusive, high‑quality candidate and colleague experience
Comfortable using ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search
Collaborative, organised, and solutions‑focused
What’s on Offer

This role is initially a 9 month fixed‑term contract as the organisation undergoes positive transformation. For the right person, there is genuine potential for the role to become permanent.
