Role Overview

As a home-based Mortgage Advisor, you will provide regulated mortgage and protection advice to clients across the West Midlands, managing the full advice process from initial fact-find through to completion. This is a remote working role with all appointments pre-qualified and booked on your behalf, enabling consistent performance and high earnings.

The position is equally suited to an experienced Mortgage Broker who is confident working from home and wants a long-term employed opportunity with strong infrastructure and career stability.

What’s On Offer

• £27,000 – £29,000 basic salary (including car allowance)

• Monthly financial guarantees for the first 6 months

• Uncapped commission structure delivering high earnings (£50k–£60k+ OTE)

• 5–7 pre-qualified mortgage appointments per week – all leads provided

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver compliant mortgage and protection advice as a Mortgage Advisor to clients across the West Midlands

• Manage appointments via telephone and video in a remote working environment

• Build long-term client relationships to maximise conversion and high earnings

• Liaise with lenders, solicitors, estate agents and internal support teams

• Maintain accurate records in line with FCA and compliance requirements

About You

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified

• 6–12 months’ experience as a Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Advisor

• Comfortable operating in a professional remote working setup

• Strong communication, organisation and time-management skills

• Motivated by performance, client outcomes and high earnings
