INTERNAL SALES EXECUTIVE

With a proven track record in sales, service excellence and the ability to exceed expectations, you will join a UK leading company who are a supplier of Health and Workplace supplies, delivering trusted safety equipment, cleaning and hygiene products and workplace essentials nationwide.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Outbound Sales calls to existing customers to generate repeat business and maximise scope for increased sales opportunities
• Nurture and develop new warm business leads and target lapsed accounts
• Review reports and analysis customer accounts, to understand customer trends with a view to identifying ways to generate growth of sales
• Promote company own brand and inform customers of special offers
• Accurately set up customers and orders on system, completing call logs and reports
• Manage any customer issues and queries
• Handle all requests for product and service information promptly, ensuring appropriate follow-up is completed where required
• Advise of ‘out of stock’ items with internal departments and advise customers accordingly
• Maintain effective communications and good working relationships with all internal and external teams to ensure maximum customer service levels are achieved

In return you will receive a basic salary of £19,695 plus an excellent bonus structure, along with a benefits package and the opportunity to build you career within a supportive and successful business.
