We are excited to be working with a fantastic client who are adding to their team due to increased workload. This is a permanent position and opportunity to work for a rapidly growing business reporting directly into the Senior HR Business Partner.
 
This role would suit someone who is looking for the next step in the HR career and has strong experience within an advisory role or within a similar role.
 
It will be advising the management on HR matters as well as acting as an employee champion implementing HR policies, procedures and programmes, as well as supporting the HR Strategy.
 
Duties will include:
 
- Providing day to day support for employees and managers
- Drive and implement a commercially focused people plan that aligns with the business
- Advising and managing organisational change, including development and restructures
- Supporting the recruitment as and when necessary
- Identifying and implementing succession planning
- Identifying recruitment needs alongside managers, as well as the interview process
- Coaching and developing of staff
- Assisting with annual salary and bonus reviews
- Identifying people risks and managing employee relation cases
- Identifying skill gaps and learning and development needs as well as initiatives for the business
- Design and delivery of training workshops
- Running and analysing of reports
- Assisting with the creating, developing and implementing of processes and policies
- Developing HR projects
 
Key skills:
 
- CIPD Qualified
- Previous experience as advisor or similar role
- Employee relation case management experience
