We are excited to be partnering with a fantastic Professional Services client who are looking for an HR Administrator to join their team. Working within a business of approx. 500 employees, in a busy HR team. Ideal candidates will have previous experience within a similar HR role with excellent attention to detail
 
Duties include:
 
- HR Administration for starters and leavers
- Updating benefit and payroll administration on the HRIS System for employees
- Managing offer documentation and end to end on boarding processes for new joiners
- Employee lifecycle administration including sick leave and absences including reporting
- Producing and maintaining colleague letters
- Managing and responding to all queries in HR inbox
- Providing references

Key skills:
 
- Highly organised HR administrator
- Strong Computer skills
- Workday systems experience (ideal not essential)
- Excellent attention to detail
