Job Information

Our client is seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Advisor to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role within the HR team, assisting with the full employee lifecycle. You will support managers and employees while ensuring HR practices align with the organisation’s values, objectives, and best practices.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
- Providing HR advice and guidance to managers and employees supporting with employee relation issues.
- Delivering operational HR support across the employee lifecycle
- Assisting with employee relations cases and performance management processes
- Maintaining the HRIS system to ensure accurate and up to date
- Producing HR reports and developing internal processes
- Supporting with recruitment from start to finish
- Coordinating and managing the induction processes, ensuring all documentation is completed
- Ensuring all employment contracts, records, RTW checks and references are completed
- Supporting rewards and benefits administration as well as engagement
- Managing exit interviews and feedback
- Assisting with preparing for payroll
- Supporting KPIs, including salary reviews, appraisals and bonuses
- Managing the HR inbox

Key Skills
 
- Studying CIPD Level 3 or completed
- Previous HR experience within similar role
- Employee relations exposure
- Strong communication and organisational skills

- Salary of c£30 - £35k DOE
- 8.30pm – 5pm working hours
