Job Information
We are currently partnering with an excellent professional services business based in London who are recruiting for a new position within their HR Team, as a Recruitment ManagerDue to continued growth, the business is looking for someone who can focus on new hires for the company.
The role will include:
- Liaising with managers on vacancies and assisting with creating job profiles
- Ensure roles advertised with agencies as well as internally and on company website and social media channels
- Managing relationships with agencies during full recruitment cycle
- Updating records and ensuring stakeholders are kept up to date throughout process
- Screening of CVs and interviewing candidates where necessary
- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
- Providing advice and guidance to managers when needed
- Ensuring right to work checks are completed and legislation is adhered to
- Maintaining recruitment policy and process documentation
- Ensure right to work checks are carried out
- Ensure the recruitment and selection process complies with all legislation
- Cover for HR team as and when required
Key skills:
- Previous recruitment experience ideally within professional services
- Up to date with employment legislation
- Well organised and process driven
- Confident and enthuasiastic
On offer:
