We are excited to be working with an excellent organisation who are looking for a People Partner due to internal promotions. The role is either for someone looking for part time (4 days per week) or full time opportunities and the role will include:
- Help deliver a people focussed and professional HR service
- Coaching, advising and supporting managers in all aspects of HR
- Developing people management and leadership
- Building relationships with managers, employees and representatives
- Working closely with employees and stakeholders on daily basis
Key skills
- Studying or qualified CIPD
- Previous experience within HR Partnering role
Salary on offer:
- Full time £32,000 per annum / Part time £26,000 pro rata
