We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity based in Staffordshire for an HR Manager. This is an excellent role where you can join a thriving business and a busy HR team.
The role will be within a small HR team where you will be managing the rest of the team and we are looking for candidates who enjoy working in a busy hands on position and able to remain calm under pressure.
The day to day duties will include an all round position
Managing an HR team
Overseeing the recruitment for the company
Managing employees contracts
Employee Relations and disciplinaries
Assisting with tenders and contracts
Compliance
Key skills:
CIPD Qualified or studying CIPD
Previous management experience
Experience working in a similar role
TUPE experience
Offering competitive salary of c£30 - 35k depending on experience
