We are excited to be working with a fantastic busy UK wide business who are currently recruiting for an HR and Administration Team Leader to lead a growing HR Administration team.
The role will be to provide strong leadership and assist the team is managing the day to day duties.
An enthusiastic and engaging leader will work well in the business, who can work well under pressure, looking for a long term opportunity within a stable and growing company.
Previous experience managing an HR Administrators is essential and you will ideally either be studying your CIPD or CIPD Qualified.
The role will include:
Managing the employee life cycle from start to finish
Providing leadership to the rest of the team
Compliance and governance
Streamlining, and implementing of new procedures and processes
Enhancing the HR and recruitment teams
Managing all starters, leavers and employee contracts
Key Skills:
Candidates must have previous knowledge of HR systems as there may be projects involved
Studying CIPD/ CIPD Qualified ideally
Previous HR Administration Management experience
Offering a competitive salary of c£35k - £38k dependent on experience
