Working from the flagship Stoke Newington office, you will provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to an established portfolio of high-net-worth and professional clients.

This role has been specifically created for an experienced HNW Mortgage Advisor or HNW Mortgage Broker who thrives in a high-value, relationship-led advisory environment and is motivated by performance, service quality and high earnings.

The branch in Stoke Newington operates as a true financial-services-led estate agency and is recognised for the quality of its client base, introducer relationships and strong management support.

Key Responsibilities

As an HNW Mortgage Advisor / HNW Mortgage Broker in Stoke Newington, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high-quality, regulated mortgage and protection advice to high-net-worth private clients and professional buyers

• Advising on residential, remortgage and complex lending cases, including properties valued up to and in excess of £1.5 million

• Working with an average property value of approximately £600,000 within the Stoke Newington market

• Managing an established database of existing HNW clients alongside a consistent flow of new mortgage appointments

• Attending 8–10 high-quality mortgage appointments per week generated by a dedicated and highly experienced estate agency introducer team

• Writing and completing an average of 2–3 mortgages per week

• Delivering comprehensive protection advice using a strong and well-established panel of life and protection providers

• Building long-term relationships and repeat business as a trusted HNW Mortgage Advisor

• Working closely with senior estate agency colleagues in Stoke Newington to maximise conversion and client satisfaction

• Maintaining excellent compliance, client file quality and service standards

Candidate Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, you must demonstrate:

• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent)

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker within an estate agency, independent brokerage, network or banking environment

• A strong track record of advising on high-value and complex residential mortgage cases

• A genuine interest in building a career as a specialist HNW Mortgage Advisor / HNW Mortgage Broker

• Excellent technical knowledge of the whole-of-market mortgage sector and protection solutions

• Outstanding client relationship management and communication skills
