Cameron James Professional Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a highly respected, whole-of-market brokerage to recruit an experienced Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker for a fully home-based opportunity across Lancashire. Role Overview

As a home-based Mortgage Advisor, you will provide compliant mortgage and protection advice to clients across Lancashire, managing the full journey from initial fact-find through to mortgage completion. This is a structured remote working position with all appointments pre-qualified and booked for you, enabling consistent conversions and high earnings.

The role is equally well suited to an experienced Mortgage Broker who is confident working from home and is seeking an employed role with excellent systems, strong compliance, and reliable lead flow. This opportunity offers stability, flexibility, and a clear path to sustained high earnings.

What’s On Offer

• £27,000 – £29,000 basic salary (including car allowance)

• Monthly financial guarantees for the first 6 months

• Uncapped commission structure delivering high earnings (£50,000–£60,000+ OTE)

• 5–7 pre-qualified mortgage appointments per week – all leads provided

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver compliant mortgage and protection advice as a Mortgage Advisor across Lancashire

• Conduct appointments via phone and video in a professional remote working environment

• Build long-term client relationships to maximise conversions and high earnings

• Work closely with internal support teams, lenders, solicitors and introducers

• Maintain accurate records in line with FCA and regulatory requirements

About You

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified

• 6–12 months’ experience as a Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Advisor

• Comfortable and disciplined in a structured remote working role

• Strong communication, organisation and client-management skills

• Motivated by performance, customer outcomes and high earnings
