Salary: Basic £27,000 - £29,000 + Car Allowance + Uncapped Commission

Cameron James Professional Recruitment is delighted to be working with a highly respected, award-winning mortgage brokerage looking for a professional and motivated Re-Mortgage Advisor / Re-Mortgage Broker. Based entirely from home in Cheshire, you’ll handle a high volume of pre-qualified leads across towns including Chester, Warrington, Crewe, Macclesfield, and Northwich.

This is your chance to work smarter, not harder — with all leads provided, full admin support, and uncapped commission for true high earnings.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver expert advice as a Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker, focusing on re-mortgage and protection products.
Provide outstanding remote service via phone or video to clients across Cheshire.
Manage a pipeline of all leads provided, converting 2–3 completions weekly.
Handle the full mortgage journey: consultation, sourcing, application, and follow-up.
Ensure full FCA compliance and maintain high standards of service and integrity.

What You’ll Need

CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) – CeMAP 1 minimum.
12+ months experience as a Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker, ideally with re-mortgage expertise.
Self-motivated and organised to thrive in a home-based environment.
Clean credit history and a client-focused approach.

Earnings & Rewards

Basic Salary: £27,000 - £29,000 + car allowance.
Commission: Uncapped at 10% - 25% per case.
Realistic OTE: £50,000 - £60,000+ (Year 1).
Weekly Earnings: Top advisors earning £500–£700+ per week.
Financial guarantees in place for the first 5 months.
