If you are a CeMAP-qualified Mortgage Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced estate agency environment, this role offers everything you need to succeed — from pre-qualified leads and strong introducer business to excellent back-office support and a consistent flow of mortgage clients.

What’s on Offer?

• Competitive basic salary of £25,000 – £40,000 DOE

• High earnings potential with realistic OTE of £60,000 – £85,000+

• Uncapped commission structure with monthly and annual bonuses

• 8–10 pre-qualified appointments per week, provided directly from the estate agency team

• Access to the whole of market mortgage panel and top life & protection providers

• Opportunity to work with high-value properties (up to £700,000)

• Average property value of £350,000 in the Basildon area, with over 75 property sales per month ensuring a consistent client base

• Full use of the agency’s extensive existing database for remortgage opportunities

• Supportive, collaborative team culture in a leading independent estate agency

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, compliant, and client-focused mortgage and protection advice

• Manage client relationships from initial consultation through to mortgage completion

• Work closely with estate agency staff to maximise referral business

• Identify and convert remortgage opportunities within the agency’s client database

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage, protection, and lender products

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

About You

We are looking for a Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker who is motivated, proactive, and passionate about achieving results. You will be fully CeMAP qualified, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Requirements:

• Full CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification

• Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker

• Strong knowledge of residential mortgages, protection, and related financial products

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Target-driven and results-orientated with a positive, professional approach

• Full UK driving licence and clean credit history
