Working remotely from your home, you will cover the full Kent region including:

Maidstone, Ashford, Canterbury, Dover, Folkestone, Margate, Ramsgate, Broadstairs, Sittingbourne, Faversham, Whitstable, Herne Bay, Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks, Dartford, Gravesend, Swanley, Rochester, Chatham, Gillingham, Rainham, Aylesford, Snodland, Paddock Wood, Tenterden and surrounding Kent locations.

This fully home-based role has been created for a high-performing Remote Mortgage Advisor / Remote Mortgage Broker who wants a long-term platform with all leads provided, strong estate agency partnerships and genuine high earnings potential.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Mortgage Advisor / Remote Mortgage Broker working home-based in Kent, your duties will include:

• Advising clients across Kent on whole-of-market mortgage and protection solutions

• Working with all leads provided from partnered estate agents (typically 5–7 quality leads per week)

• Managing mortgage cases from initial enquiry through to completion

• Delivering compliant, client-focused mortgage and protection advice

• Keeping fully up to date with lender criteria, mortgage products and market changes

• Generating additional business through referrals, repeat clients and professional introducers

• Maintaining full FCA compliance and accurate CRM and file records

• Managing your own diary and client pipeline in a structured home-based environment

• Working closely with internal administration and compliance teams to maximise completion rates

Package, Earnings & Support

• Basic salary of £27,000 – £29,000 (including car allowance)

• Financial guarantees of up to £800 per month for the first 6 months

• Commission payments of up to 25%

• Realistic and achievable high earnings with OTE of £55,000 – £65,000+ (uncapped)

• Fully home-based working model

• All leads provided from partnered estate agents across Kent

• Laptop, CRM and mortgage sourcing systems provided

• Full administrative, case management and compliance support

• Ongoing training, coaching and professional development

• Structured career progression within a national brokerage

Candidate Requirements

To be considered for this Remote Mortgage Advisor / Remote Mortgage Broker opportunity in Kent, you must have:

• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent industry qualification)

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker

• A strong track record of performance and conversion

• Experience providing whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice

• The ability to work successfully in a home-based environment

• Excellent communication, client management and negotiation skills

• Up-to-date knowledge of the mortgage and protection market

• A suitable home office and stable internet connection

• Residence within Kent or close to the Kent border
