Due to sustained activity within the high-net-worth (HNW) residential market and a strong financial-services-led culture, our client is seeking an ambitious Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker to join their growing operation, offering genuine high earnings, strong lead flow, and long-term career progression.
This opportunity is ideally suited to a relationship-driven Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker who enjoys working closely with estate agency teams, understands the value of being visible in branch, and wants to build a high-value mortgage desk focused on HNW clients and high earnings.

Role Overview – Sale & Didsbury (Hybrid Mortgage Advisor Role)
This is a branch-centric Hybrid Mortgage Advisor role, working across the Sale and Didsbury estate agency branches. While hybrid flexibility exists, the successful Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Advisor will be expected to spend 3–4 days per week initially across both branches to build rapport, trust, and a strong team atmosphere with negotiators and managers.
Both branches operate in affluent, high-demand areas, regularly dealing with HNW clients, larger loan sizes, and premium residential properties.
• Average property values: £390,000
• Properties regularly exceeding: £900,000
• Average case size: Circa £2,500
• Mortgage appointments: 20–25 per month
• Mortgage sign-ups: 8–10 per month
• Protection conversion: 70%+
A proactive, relationship-focused Mortgage Advisor embedded within the Sale & Didsbury teams can realistically bank £180,000+ per annum in proc fees, broker fees and protection income, translating into high earnings comfortably in excess of £75,000.
In addition to Sale & Didsbury-generated business, the Mortgage Broker will also benefit from overflow and referral leads from other high-performing estate agency offices across Greater Manchester.

Key Responsibilities
• Operate as a Mortgage Advisor working on a hybrid basis across Sale & Didsbury
• Deliver whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice as a Mortgage Broker
• Conduct face-to-face, telephone, and virtual mortgage appointments
• Convert 5–8 qualified estate-agency-generated leads per week
• Consistently sign up 8–10 mortgages per month
• Build and grow a substantial HNW-focused mortgage desk with a long-term high earnings mindset
• Develop strong, trusted relationships with branch managers and sales negotiators
• Maintain FCA-compliant advice standards and exceptional client outcomes
• Manage pipeline efficiently to drive consistent performance and high earnings

Employed Mortgage Advisor Option
• Basic salary up to £35,000 (including car allowance)
• Monthly bonuses and uncapped commission

Skills & Experience Required
• Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
• Competent Adviser Status (CAS)
• Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker
• Estate agency or introducer-led background preferred
• Experience dealing with HNW clients advantageous
• Strong knowledge of residential mortgages and protection products
• Commercially driven, relationship-focused mindset
• Comfortable being office-based and visible across two branches
• Professional, confident, and client-centric approach
• Clean regulatory and credit history
• Living within a commutable distance of Sale & Didsbury
