Role Overview

As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor / Trainee Mortgage Broker, your role will include:

• Conducting client fact-finds and needs analysis

• Advising customers on suitable mortgage and protection solutions

• Researching products across a wide lender panel

• Managing mortgage applications through to offer and completion

• Building strong working relationships with estate agency colleagues

• Working towards performance targets in a professional and compliant environment

• Developing your advisory career within a busy and well-established Crystal Palace branch

This is a client-facing advisory role that will lead directly to full Mortgage Advisor status and long-term high earnings potential.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic salary of £27,000 – £31,000 (including car allowance)

• On-Target Earnings: £55,000 in Year 1

• Year 2 realistic earnings of up to £85,000

• Access to 500+ existing clients and fresh weekly leads

• Mortgage cases up to £1.5 million

• Full administrative and compliance support

• Clear progression to a fully qualified Mortgage Advisor role

Candidate Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, you must:

• Hold CeMAP 1 (minimum entry requirement)

• Be highly motivated, target-driven and professional

• Have a strong interest in financial services, mortgages and protection

• Be able to commute to Crystal Palace
